一（yī）体化净水装置和城市供水厂的净化流（liú）程一样。它有：混凝池、沉淀（diàn）池、过滤池（chí）、水质稳定（dìng）装置、反冲洗装置、水泵及（jí）电气控制（zhì）柜。现分（fèn）别介（jiè）绍如下：

       1、混凝池：投加混凝剂的原水由进水管进入混凝池（chí）内，用特制的搅拌机（jī）搅（jiǎo）动，使水中的（de）悬浮物（wù）和混凝剂充分接触反应形成矾花。

       2、沉（chén）淀室：水（shuǐ）经加混凝剂（jì）混（hún）凝后形成矾花，流到设（shè）备（bèi）的沉淀池内进行沉淀，沉淀池采（cǎi）用斜管（guǎn）沉淀法，经过梯形（xíng）斜板（bǎn）沉淀室沉淀完成固液分离，沉淀下（xià）来的污（wū）泥排入（rù）泥斗。

       3、过滤池：经沉淀后的水流到过（guò）滤池过滤（lǜ），滤池结构：底部为（wéi）布水管（guǎn），中（zhōng）部为（wéi）石英砂，上部为无烟煤。过滤（lǜ）速度为10m/h，最（zuì）后清（qīng）水流到清水（shuǐ）池内消毒处理后饮用。过滤池反（fǎn）冲周（zhōu）期为12小时（shí）左右，反（fǎn）冲时间为（wéi）5-10分钟。

一体化净水（shuǐ）器适用（yòng）于江、河（hé）、湖、水（shuǐ）库等以地表水为水（shuǐ）源的给水工程的（de）水质净水，中水回（huí）用、及煤（méi）矿（kuàng）尾矿水（shuǐ）、洗煤水（shuǐ）、浴池、游泳池、洗车（chē）场、造纸、印染、电镀和（hé）其它工业废水的（de）水质净化。
